All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive during booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. This agreement outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance coverage, fees, and your responsibilities associated with the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Rental Vehicle Requirements

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited uses of the rental vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, off-roading, or any dangerous maneuvers. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. The vehicle cannot be sub-let or operated by unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden, as is exceeding passenger or weight limits. Travel outside the agreed geographical area requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Rawtenstall will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the last 12 months.
